  • Our management practises are based on listening to and treating each member of our staff as an individual and part of the work community.
  • We carry out an extensive staff survey once a year and a shorter pulse survey 2 to 3 times a year. These surveys aim to maintain and develop employee satisfaction.
  • We provide training and development opportunities for our staff, including support for their development through paying for course and training fees.

  • A safe and accepting work community thrives. KATI’s Employee Net Promoter Score (eNPS) of 33 is higher than in companies on average.

  • We identify risks and minimize them. We train employees to work safely.
  • Our work is always based on the Occupational Health and Safety System TTT, which is certified according to ISO 45001. The TTT system aims to ensure a safe workplace for staff, to avoid accidents and to safeguard the mental and physical well-being of employees.
